our terms & conditions

1. Hilton Contemporary Flooring is a recommended retailer of all products supplied & has the full backing of the companies therein.
    
2. A minimum 30% deposit is required on all orders.
   
   
3. All outstanding invoices must be settled within 14 days of the receipt of invoice.
    
4. Hilton Contemporary Flooring accept no damage liability should the removal & placement of furniture or electrical equipment be necessary during the installation process.
    
5. Hilton Contemporary Flooring accept no responsibility or liability for the quality, condition, or guarantee of any customer supplied materials.
